We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The qualified candidate will work to support our clients and assist them with their family law-related matters. The successful candidate must possess strong legal research and writing skills and have a deep understanding of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.Our company is under 100 people with a very supportive group that likes to work in a collaborative environment. This role will work closely with the CMO to help build their own book of business to start off. We also are tech savvy and paperless – we use Centerbase and LawPay to help track work. We also provide quarterly incentive bonuses, 100% employee-covered medical benefits, and unlimited PTO!What You Will Be Doing– Act as the POC for retained clients– Manage cases from start to end– Provide excellent customer service to make sure client know their case status and feel informed– Document progress through our platforms– Review pleadings and legal documents– Work in a collaborative environment with mentoring attorneys about strategy and share information– Sit the first chair on family law hearings and trials– Take part in professional development and marketing activities for the Firm!What You Need for this PositionAt least 5 years of experience with:– Family Law– Texas Bar– Texas Family Code– Texas Rules of Civil ProcedureBenefits
