Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawn Care and Landscaping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both lawn care and landscaping, with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks to maintain and enhance our clients’ outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Perform regular lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
* Conduct weed control and removal to ensure a tidy yard
* Apply soil and mulch to garden beds to improve soil health and appearance
* Fertilize lawns using eco-friendly products tailored to specific needs
* Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain health and aesthetics
* Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape designs
* Build and install landscape features such as garden beds, stonework, and lighting
* Design and implement front yard landscaping with lighting provisions
* Lay path pavers and ensure proper installation and alignment
* Perform seasonal yard cleanups, including leaf and debris removal
* Operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress
* Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field
* Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and best practices
* Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans
* Experience with stonework, lighting installation, and path paver placement
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
