Headquartered in Austin, TX, DFS has a significant technology development and manufacturing presence worldwide, including facilities in Brazil, China, India, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in the on the North America Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations Team with responsibility for arming our sales team (including our distribution channels) with the right training, resources and tools so that sales can do their job as effectively as possible and ultimately win more deals. This role requires someone with a strong combination of B2B sales acumen, communication skills, solution selling ability, marketing skills, and an ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams. This position works closely with the North America Sales and Strategic Accounts teams, GTM teams, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Marketing Communications.Key Responsibilities:
- Enable the internal Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) North America Sales teams and the North America distributors for optimized sales effectiveness
- Create and deliver sales trainings on product benefits, the competitive intelligence and overall competitive landscape, objection handling, and other topics to improve sales success rates
- Develop and manage tools (including Seismic), content, and resources that enable the sales team to be more efficient and effective
- Analyze sales metrics and performance, design initiatives to improve sales productivity, and create and drive programs specifically designed to increase sales productivity
- Identify obstacles in the sales process and create/lead initiatives to overcome them
- Own, develop, and implement sales team onboarding and ongoing sales training for all new and existing sales team members across new and existing DFS offerings
- Collaborate on the creation of content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, case studies) that articulate the benefits of our products
- Assist with hosting customer meetings in the Austin, TX headquarters office including collaborating with the sales team and participating in product demonstrations for customers
- Participate in improving sales processes including leveraging solution selling methodologies and improving Salesforce/CRM utilization
Candidate Experience and Qualification:
- 5+ years working experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, or similar role
- Track record of creating impactful sales enablement campaigns
- Demonstrated history working with a dynamic sales team with multiple sales channels
- Experience in selling new high-tech solutions and communicating features, advantages, and benefits
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- BS/BA required or equivalent experience
