DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESWe are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to support a Health and Human Services Commission initiative. This role involves designing and developing the infrastructure and performance portal pilot using agile methodologies. Responsibilities include data acquisition, SQL script development, automation with Informatica Power Center/IICS, and collaborating closely with the Data Engineering Team.II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:10 years of experience designing and developing complex Oracle SQL scripts10 years of analytical and problem-solving skills in data analytics or data warehousing projects8 years of technical writing and diagraming skills, including proficiency with tools like Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite8 years of experience as an Oracle DBA and scrum master/technical lead for agile teams8 years of experience with Informatica Power Center and IICS for ETL processes8 years of experience with JIRA software and interfacing with ETL tools8 years of experience acquiring and integrating data from multiple sources using Informatica Power Center10 years of proven ability to write efficient code and understanding of security principles10 years of excellent oral and written communication skills and experience managing multiple responsibilitiesPreferred:Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry and with an HHS agencyExperience with Snowflake, Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL ServerBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experienceIII.
