We need someone to:
Keep grass mowed
Keep ivy trimmed (a few times per year)
Keep leaves and brush cleaned up (including in drains)
Keep shrubs out of ivy
Keep the bushes in the front of house trimmed (and any others that we designate)
Haul off cuttings, brush, leaves, limbs, etc.
Fertilize once per year
You will need to use your own equipment
