Job Requirements:
Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls and guests.
Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
Must report daily to our office, this is not a work-from-home opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (schedule requirements to be discussed at interview)
