Job description: **Job Title: Delivery Driver****Location:** Austin, TX and Surrounding Areas**Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for extended hours as needed**Job Description:**We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team in Austin and the surrounding areas. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently deliver goods to various locations within the designated area.**Responsibilities:**1. Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to customers’ locations in a timely manner.2. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.3. Plan delivery routes using GPS and other navigation tools to optimize efficiency.4. Provide exceptional customer service, including timely delivery and professional interaction with customers.5. Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs, inspection reports, and customer signatures.6. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe driving environment.7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.8. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that arise.**Requirements:**1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.2. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MBR) check.3. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.6. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.7. Familiarity with Austin and surrounding areas preferred.8.
