We are working with a client that is in need of an amazing Full-Time ER RN in Austin, TX!Position & Compensation DetailsPosition: Emergency Room RN- Full TimeStart Date: ASAP (Flexible with start dates)Hours: 36/ wk (3×12)Shift: 7p-7aSalary: $32-$53/ hr depending on experience ($60k/ yr-$99k/ yr)Sign on Bonus: Varies depending on experienceIf this role is for you, you would be responsible for:Quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs
- Diagnosing and developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff
- Completing paperwork and patient charting.
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually
- Using strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family and staff
- Delegating tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensuring timely follow-up
- Facilitating learning for patients and families, nursing staff, other members of the health care team and community; integrating appropriate education throughout the continuum of care to help them participate and/or make informed conclusions about their health care and treatments
- Preserving and protecting the confidentiality, autonomy, dignity and rights of patients and family, and representing their concerns.
- Participates in quality/performance improvement initiatives.
