Job description: **Position:** VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Lead Superintendent
**Location:** Samsung Plant, Austin, Texas
**Pay Rate:** $42-$50 per hour
**Hours:** 50+ per week**Responsibilities:**– Lead Revit model production
– Ensure client satisfaction and review constructability
– Perform quality control on drawings and materials
– Coordinate weekly team updates
– Develop and mentor team members
– Maintain and enforce BIM procedures
– Prepare 3D drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, CADmep, and Navisworks**Qualifications:**– 10+ years in BIM/3D modeling
– Strong knowledge of BIM technologies
– Excellent communication skills
– Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
