Job description: **Position:** VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Superintendent**Location:** Samsung Plant, Austin, Texas**Pay Rate:** $55-$60 per hour based on experience**Hours:** 50+ hours per week**Responsibilities:**– Lead Revit model production.
– Coordinate project teams.
– Perform Quality Control on BIM models and drawings.
– Manage Navisworks Clash Detection.
– Prepare 3D drawings and 4D scheduling models.
– Maintain BIM files and documents.
– Develop team personnel and work on-site.**Qualifications:**– 5+ years in BIM/3D modeling.
– Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
– Strong communication skills.
