We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience led solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.Location: Hartford – CT – Austin TX, Plano TX, Morris Plains, NJ, Nashville TN, ST Louis MO – OnsiteResponsibilitiesAbility to quickly adapt to new technologies and zeal to improve technical skills.Must possess Strong Analyzing, Designing, trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsHave Exposure to complete software life cycle from client requirement analysis to delivery.Have a good customer handling skills.Experience in managing & performing Builds & deploymentAccustomed to working in a fast-paced timeframe, goal-oriented environment and able to deliver under pressure and time constraints.Qualifications:6 + years of experience with Programming as NodeJS with Typescript and/or Java developerSolid understanding of RESTful APIs and API design principles (OpenAPI)Experience implementing rate limiting, resiliency patterns and observability techniques using Kubernetes/OpenShift/DockerStrong programming skills, particularly in Typescript and/or Java.Nice to have: If any working experience with Python/GoLangLeverage cloud engineering principles, preferably with AWS experienceExpertise in NoSQL databases – DynamoDB / MongoDB & Caching solutions – Redis/EKSFamiliarity with event driven architecture conceptsDesign, develop and implement robust backend API using OpenAPI specsIntegrate limiting, resiliency strategies and observability practicesDevelop cloud-native APIs ensuring scalability, resilience and adherence to best practicesChampion event-driven architecture for efficient data flowCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, etc,)Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.Proficient in using Git for version control.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $81,300 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Applications will be accepted until 07/22/2024This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
