Job description: Perfusionist: Heart of the OperationWe are offering up to a $20,000 Bonus for this opportunity!We are seeking an experienced or new graduate Staff Perfusionist to join our brand new SpecialtyCare team in Austin, TX at St. David’s Healthcare Network. The team will consist of two (2) Area Clinical Managers, ten (10) Perfusionists, one (1) ECMO Coordinator, five (5) ECMO Specialists and six (6) Clinical Technicians – Autotransfusionist supporting nine (9) very talented surgeons. The adults only caseload includes CABGs, valves, VAD, HIPEC, Aortic Reconstruction Surgeries, and ECMO.SpecialtyCare is the largest provider of perfusion services in the United States. With our national presence and local professionals, we support 1 in 8 of all heart surgeries in the country. We are the Employer of Choice for more than 500 perfusion leaders. - Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
- Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
