Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Service Experience Consultant (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to
- Manage the Visa Business Enhancement Virtual Learning Festivals.
- Responsible for all data analysis and reporting from the festivals, which are held twice per year.
- Manage the Visa Business online page for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Visa Business News teams to create VBNs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the Annual Peak season capacity planning by consulting with multiple teams across different regions to gather and format the client data using MS Excel to assist the account managers in tracking the project status.
- Work along with new team members to project manage and provide oversight for the regional teams.
- Ensure all systems are functioning within normal parameters.
- Ensure client endpoint readiness, and work to ensure readiness of all regional service experience teams.
- Assist in Global Testing and activation questionnaire creation to collect technical requirements for the business enhancement releases.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to create tickets and analyze the project status using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a consultant or analyst-related occupation.
- Tableau;
- Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables;
- MS PowerPoint; and
- Power BI
Additional InformationWorksite: Austin, TXThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.Visa is an EEO Employer.
