We use Eaglesoft, so experience with this software is a huge plus!
We are looking for someone who is a team player and is willing to roll out the red carpet for our patients. We are very proud of our reputation when it comes to standard of care and customer service.
Our ideal candidate must have following qualifications:
-Self Motivated
-Organized and detailed
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Friendly demeanor at all times
-Knowledge of insurance billing
-Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments
-Ability to present treatment plans
-Has great phone etiquette
-Worked in the dental field before
-Can complete tasks with little supervision
REQUIREMENT:
At least 1 year of DENTAL experience is needed.

This is a full time position with some awesome perks! Our schedule is 8-4pm. Our office operates on a sliding schedule, so we are open Monday though Thursday and then the following week it is open Tuesday through Friday. On our closed Mondays, we have front desk come in a few hours to catch up on work and answer phones. Its very nice and laid back.
