Job description: Job DescriptionProcore is actively seeking a Manager, Inside Sales, Up-Market to guide and grow a team of Inside Sellers dedicated to capturing new business and expanding into existing clients. Your team will primarily lead and close smaller “run rate” deals, but will also assist with larger, more complex deals as necessary. This role involves close collaboration with our Enterprise and Strategic Account Executive teams.In this role, you will foster a culture of high performance and accountability. You will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Inside Sales team, consistently overseeing results, and directing team execution to meet and exceed sales objectives.This position reports to the Senior Director, Up-Market Sales Development, this position is based in one of our offices in Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL. We are looking for candidates available to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Lead a team of Inside Sales Reps to develop and close opportunities, resulting in new revenue for ProcoreAttract, hire, and retain high performing Inside Sales Reps through multiple recruiting channelsDrive a performance culture within the Inside Sales Reps teamProvide training and support to the team to better understand the role, Procore’s products (industry, market, proposition), and best practices for inside salesRegularly conduct call and presentation reviewsConsistently conduct pipeline and deal reviews with reps; help reps win deals via onsite presentations, negotiations, and deal strategyWork closely with sales leadership and reps to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-upProvide detailed analysis and reporting on the team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on individual performance and historical trendsIdentify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivityWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience5+ years in quota-carrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)3+ years of management experience in a sales environmentTrack record in hiring, developing, and promoting inside sales representativesProven experience selling via product demonstrations, email, and social sellingExperience using and implementing a sales methodologyConsistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributorDemonstrated experience with SalesforceExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAdditional InformationBase Pay Range $124,800 – $171,600 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $208,000 – $286,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
