Austin Avenue STE 105, Denison, TexasJob Description:Provides general clerical support, documentation, checking and assistance in office and/or field areas.Functional Requirements: * Performs basic clerical functions including filing, copying, binding reports, typing and checking documentation, invoices, correspondence, etc.
- Proofreads records or forms.
- Operates business machines/software programs such as calculators, typewriters, computers, faxes, copiers, etc.
- Receives and coordinates storage of packages, office supply deliveries, etc.
- May answer, screen and direct telephone calls.
- May compile and prepare various reports.
- May coordinate and process general administrative work, for example, time sheets, vacation requests, supply requisitions, etc.
- Performs additional assignments as required.
- Always maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Qualification Standards: * Minimum one (1) year of experience or equivalent combinations of experience and training
- Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications
- May be required to have knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows, and other various software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
- Pre-employment/post-employment qualification test, if applicable.
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
- Turner Industries Group/Job site orientation/Hazard Communication and required tests.
- Job site “Personal Protective Equipment” requirements (hearing protection, safety glasses – OSHA approved Z87 if applicable, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.).

- Location: industrial construction sites and/or office environment
- Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground level; obstructed pathways
- Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominantly indoor climate; various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances.
