WORK SCHEDULE:This full-time role provides the flexibility you desire. While there’s no rigid schedule, prepare to dive into the QSR industry with a minimum of 30% travel.A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A STRATEGIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE:Embark on a journey where each day shapes the future of HR technology in the QSR sector. As a Strategic Sales Representative, you’ll craft and execute a sales strategy, focusing on QSR businesses. Your day involves building key relationships, phone prospecting, and networking to unearth new opportunities. Crafting compelling proposals, closing deals, and staying ahead of QSR industry trends will be your daily agenda.WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A STRATEGIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, particularly engaging complex buying groups with multiple decision-makers
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to make 30% travel requirement
