This is a new addition to our team as we are strengthening our presence in renewable energies.The Land Contract Analysts primary responsibility will be supporting the Development project portfolio organizational efforts to support each Project Manager and Sr. Developer in a fast-paced environment and advancing marketsWhat You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of real estate experience (preferably some in renewable energy)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suite programs
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM software and project management software)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and
- Ability to understand legal documents and real estate contracts
- Self-motivated, pay attention to detail, and strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong familiarity with relevant technology and tools such as GIS and land management database systems * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (Hybrid flexibility, Austin, TX)Ability to adopt current processes and best practices.Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for creating efficiencies and process/resource enhancements.INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATION:TotalEnergies regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited visa status for this position.ActivitiesManage the processing of landowner payments accurately and timely, adhering to verification processesAssist in data entry and data integrity of land management software to ensure complianceAssist in processing executed site control documents, option notices, amendments, terminations, easements, estoppels, and affidavitsAssist in the processing of mineral agreements and manage internal and external curative workbooksFacilitate assignment of site control tasks to development team in project management softwareCoordinate and confirm all forms and draft real estate agreements have necessary Project approvals prior to execution of such documents by landownersManage outside contractors, when applicable, in the preparing and recording of real estate documentsPartner with development team to ensure strong and positive landowner relationships and communication throughout the lifetime of the projectsMaintain land real estate documents and folder within internal file serverContext & EnvironmentWorking at TotalEnergiesAt TotalEnergies we are committed to balancing flexibility while fostering strong relationships among our team members.
