Job description: SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Shipping Lead for a large distribution center located in Kenosha, WI. The Shipping Lead will Supports the Shipping Supervisor to effectively manage the production goals, work schedule and department employees.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available shifts include:3pm-11:30pm Off Wednesdays/Saturdays Responsibilities of the Shipping Lead:
- Assist shipping department by being available to help with any daily task
- Help Shipping Supervisor mediate personnel issues effectively
- Support in the training process of new and current employees
- Promote safety measures and guidelines within department
- Communicate with Shipping Supervisor to convey daily objectives to department
- Identify opportunities to improve standard operating procedures Operate forklift and pallet jacks, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the Shipping Lead:
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Previous leadership experience, required
- Strong data entry skills, required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team-oriented with the ability to work with different levels of management
- Ability to multitask
- Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish.
