is currently looking for an
**Accounts Payable Coordinator**
. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments through the company’s Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

 

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Process and code daily disbursements and ensure correct coding and proper authorization before payment is made
* Perform invoice reconciliation
* Review expense statements/reimbursements for correct content and payment authorization
* Perform check runs, mail checks as required
* Process ACH transfers within the banking system in a timely manner
* Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and other issues
* Produce the A/P check register reflecting A/P checks/ACH transfers/bank wires
* Upload invoices daily into Docusphere
* Maintain electronic files and paper files
* Maintain the AP e-mail inbox
* Research past-due invoices
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
* Ability to work overtime

**Education and/or Experience**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* One to two years of related experience and/or training
* Ability to provide high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Must be flexible and ability to meet deadlines
* Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize workload on a daily basis
* Ability to accurately process a large volume of numerical data
* Knowledge of general accounting principles and functions
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
* Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
* The noise level is generally moderate

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge in the mortgage and title industry helpful
* JDE experience a plus
