Job description: Job Title: Benefit System AnalystLocation: Austin, TXOverall Position Summary and Objectives:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Benefit System Analyst II to join our team in a temporary capacity. The primary responsibility is to provide Oracle HCM systems configuration, testing, and processes management. The role involves managing the HCM Data Loader (HDL) for benefit files to and from benefit vendors, including audits, error investigations, and testing. This position supports the Benefits and Compensation teams in interface reporting, open enrollment, and benefit rate configurations for FY 2025.Primary Responsibilities:

• System Administration:

• Administer and maintain benefit module system configurations, formulas, and data entry processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to benefits module interface files, data integrity, and system performance.
• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to understand benefit module process requirements for payroll, monthly billing, and enrollment processing.
• Document processes for benefit staff and create employee and manager guides.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate, develop, and analyze benefit reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct weekly audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Process HDL loads supporting Benefits and Compensation programs.
• Configure rate table loads and Open Enrollment configuration for all eligible plans.
• Leadership and Support:

• Serve as lead in meeting reporting requirements for audits.
• Oversee system changes for benefit-related reports and configurations, including testing and production file reviews.
• Serve as a resource to managers and employees across the company.
• Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or Benefits with an emphasis on HR Benefit systems.
• Experience with Oracle HCM is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of HRIS systems setup and reporting required.
• Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills.
