Here are some key aspects of a Governance PMO:1. **Strategic Alignment**: Ensures that all projects and programs align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This involves evaluating projects based on their potential to support the company’s goals.2. **Standardization**: Develops and enforces standardized project management processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.3. **Oversight and Monitoring**: Provides oversight on project performance, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with established processes. This often includes regular audits and assessments.4. **Risk Management**: Identifies potential risks across projects and develops strategies to mitigate them.
