- Lead the design and delivery of solutions for complex problem spaces within the squad.
Provide guidance on system architecture and design, ensuring scalability and reliability.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.Mentor and support the development of team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.Explore and prototype new technologies to drive innovation.Take initiative and drive projects forward, working autonomously with minimal guidance.How We Work:We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in software development.3+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design.Proficiency in software development, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the Realtor.com technology stack, including Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas) and React.Experience with Node.js.Extensive experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.Knowledge of AWS and database systems is a plus.A track record of delivering high value to customers quickly and efficiently, with a focus on regular feedback and continuous improvement.Strong commitment to software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.Do the best work of your life at Realtor.com®Here, you’ll partner with a diverse team of experts as you use leading-edge tech to empower everyone to meet a crucial goal: finding their way home.
