Job description: Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is looking for a Part-Time Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our growing team! Our Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. The hours for this role are Monday (8:30a-12:00p), Tuesday (4p-9p), Thursday (4p-9p) and Saturday (9a-5p) all Central Time. Only candidates from TX, AZ, NM, CO, and FL will be considered.This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or customer service-oriented professionals looking to gain experience in the legal industry.Responsibilities:
- Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients
- Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients
- Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal
- Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the Firm to discuss case summaries
- Input and track appropriate data into CRM system
- Sign up new clients and handle all new case documentation
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Sales experience preferred
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous work in a law firm a plus
- College degree preferred
