Job description: Position SummaryDeloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

• 15% Travel required nationally.

• Telecommuting permitted.

• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), S/4HANA (Business Suite 4 HANA), Core Data Service (CDS) Views, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and Workflows, to drive software development and implementation services of RICEFWs (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning application;

• Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, documentation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues using Atlassian Jira, Spira, Confluence, Figma, Solution Manager (SolMan), and ServiceNow;

• Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management), Subscription Order Management, Finance and Controlling (FICO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Project Systems (PS), and Materials Management (MM), with 3rd party systems;

• Performing product life cycle management design and development using SAP ABAP, CDS, AMDP, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, Support Pack Adjustment (SPAU), Support Pack Data Dictionary (SPDD), and Virtual Data Models (VDM);

• Building and developing software integration production and developing software modules using Intermediate Document (IDocs), OData (Open Data Protocol), Application Link Enabling (ALE), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), ABAP Proxy and Gateway;

• Driving the design of custom enterprise applications in SAP EWM, FICO, BRIM, MM, SD, and Order-to- cash (O2C), for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions; and

• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form objects utilizing Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft (MS) SharePoint.
