- Maintaining schedule, and Dispatch of service crews.
- Answer phones, and return calls, customer service (mainly by phone).
- Compose correspondence, with builders and homeowners.
- Establishes, maintains and updates files, records and/or other documents.
- Data entry experience, critical thinking skills.
We will provide training on scheduling software
Minimum EducationHigh School

- Permits coordinator assistant
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support our dynamic team.
Required Skills and Abilities:
