Job description: Tarvos Talent is seeking an Interim Head of People for a client located in Austin, TX. This is a fully remote opportunity, and our client is looking to hire ASAP. This role has become available due to an extended leave of absence. A collaborative candidate with a culture-oriented mindset for leadership will thrive in this role.The ideal candidate will craft and execute talent strategies focused on recruitment, retention, and development. This role will manage learning and development programs and overseeing competitive compensation and benefits. You will also handle employee relations, HR operations, and ensure legal employment compliance. Additionally, you will partake in renewal processes, compensation analysis, and managing performance reviews.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the field with 3+ of those years being in a leadership position. You will have a proven track record in aligning strategies with business goals, managing HR teams, and resolving complex issues. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
