- Pay: 23.00 – $30.00 or more depending on experience
- 1st Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Friday (Cedar Park Location)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (South Austin)

TIG Welder Job Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine product or job instructions or specifications.
- Use basic hand tools: grinders, sanders, chipping hammer, etc.
Ability to read and use a tape measure. * Ability to prioritize work flow to meet daily production goals.
- Clean, lubricate, maintain, and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operation, using air hoses, cleaning fluids, and hand tools.
- Grinds seam welds for smoothness, ensuring no cracks bleed through, to ensure work piece meets quality standards
- Compute and record settings for new work, applying knowledge of metal properties, principle of welding and shop mathematics.
- Conduct trial runs before welding, soldering, or brazing and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
- Perform daily maintenance on machines, and stocks inventory cabinets for work supplies.
- Design application for new products.
- Follow safety rules and procedures.
- Wear PPE as necessary.
- Do work assigned by supervisor.
- Work in team environment, be quality conscious and strive for continuous quality improvement with emphasis on Lean and 5s principles.
TIG Welder Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of TIG & MIG welding, brazing, and soldering experience meeting superior aesthetic, cosmetic, and high quality standards.
- Trade School training or TIG/MIG Certification preferred
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Basic Math
- Able to read blueprints / drawings
