Job description: Construction AttorneyAn established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Houston and Austin), with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Construction Law Attorney and a Litigation Construction Law Attorney. Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20, if at partner-level.This is a full-time in-office position that comes with a suite of solid employee benefits. The firm also recognizes the importance of work/life balance and has an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.Experience with complex casework and/or transactions is desired.The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.Skills and Requirements:
- Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin)
- 3-20 years’ experience in construction law (transactional or litigation)
- Experience with sophisticated casework/transactions
