Job description: About the RoleThe Area Channel Lead role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives through our channel partners. NinjaOne Area Channel Lead’s spend their time identifying and engaging with interested partner prospects, onboarding partners and activating them through sales enablement, technical training and joint marketing activities. This is a strategic role which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. You will be responsible for prospecting, onboarding and maintaining relationships with our channel partners and helping NinjaOne move upstream to the large midmarket/enterprise space.Location – We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states – CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FLWhat You’ll be DoingIdentify, qualify, and onboard prospective partners.Help create and operationalize a channel sales motion alongside NinjaOne Account Executives to achieve business goals and quota.Articulate the value of NinjaOne’s Partner Program and demo the product to stakeholders.Own a regional plan and forecast for your territory.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to complete objectives.Travel as needed to meet with partners across EMEA.Other duties as needed.About You3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service ProvidersStrong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to NinjaOne and our partners.Ability to pro-actively and independently identify and qualify opportunities; an entrepreneurial mindset is key.Polished verbal and written communication skills.
