Our mission is to bridge gaps in children’s healthcare through innovation and excellence.We are seeking dynamic and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioners (PNP-FNP) or Physician Assistants with Urgent Care certification for our Pediatric Urgent Care clinics in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You’ll follow established protocols and take on independent responsibilities for assessing, diagnosing, and initiating treatment and procedures.Job Type: 1 Full-Time CoreAustin Region Openings:Requires floating to regional clinics: Cedar Park, Round RockClinic Hours of Operation:Monday-Friday: 12pm – 9pmSaturday-Sunday: 9pm – 5pmUrgent Care for Kids BenefitsAll full-time staff members are eligible to participate in our suite of benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Requirements:

• Urgent Care Experience: Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.
• Urgent Care Procedures: Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid’s elbow.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, office tasks, confidentiality, and filing systems.
• Licensing: Current, valid, unencumbered RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Certification: Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.
• PALS Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
