We regret that we cannot consider third-party candidates or offer sponsorship at this time.Our client, a leader in database release automation enabling DevOps teams around the globe to accelerate the software delivery process by automating database updates, is seeking a SaaS Sales Manager to hire and lead a team of sales development representatives. Bring your experience with lead generation and managing sales success metrics including outbound calls, opportunity identification, pipeline management and closing deals. - Deep understanding of CRM systems and best industry practices
- Extensive sales experience in a SaaS/Subscription based software, preferably to a DevOps audience
- 3+ years of experience managing people and leading a sales team
- Experience setting sales goals and quotas while measuring for effectiveness
- Outgoing, creative, self-starter, team player
What You’ll Do:
- Hire and lead a team of highly qualified sales development representatives to deliver qualified leads and fill the sales pipeline
- Compile a strong onboarding and sales training program including creating sales plays, writing call scripts, and coaching reps
- Provide management with forecasts for sales goals
- Ensure team is meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Measure and monitor sales team success rates, KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with Marketing team on key initiatives including demand generation programs and customer acquisition strategies
