• Identify, develop, and own a portfolio of technology-focused accounts
• Have an open remit to utilise your sector knowledge with the full support of Management
• Run with both client and candidate ownership

• Build your reputation as an expert in your field
• Target anything and everything from mid to senior-level sales/marketing positions
• Build and manage a team of Resourcers as your account base grows

• Candidates with 2+ years of demonstrable agency-based sales/marketing recruitment experience
• Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in person with clients of every level
• Candidates with demonstrable career stability and progression

• Highly driven professionals with a proven record of 360 recruitment success
• Those who demonstrate maturity, commercial awareness, and business acumen. Integrity, a can-do attitude, and a polished approach is also required
• Degree level education

The successful Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant can expect:

• Base salary with uncapped commission and huge earning potential – 40% top-end bracket
