Job description: We are looking for a Bilingual friendly, outgoing, confident and experienced Medical Front desk Individual to join our practice in our North Austin office!Front office Duties
- Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts and coordinate with other departments for record management.
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Must be a team player.
Back office
- Completes Patient rehabilitative assessments.
- Evaluates treatment plans for assigned therapeutic specialty.
- Help patients with their Rehab exercises under the supervision of a Doctor/Managers
- Communicate with the treating doctor regarding any type of difficulties with patient as well as their progress.
- Responsible for keeping therapy and treatment areas sanitized and organized
