Job description: We are now hiring for a Quality Inspector Associate for a company in Austin, TX. This position is starting soon. Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525.Pay: $19/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pmStart date: 9/16/24General Warehouse/Assembler – Will be using a Forklift a little and moving products, assembling products, helping build the chillers, quality control, loading, and unloading, and doing shipping & receiving.Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This includes visual inspections, measurements, and functional testing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare detailed reports on quality issues and resolutions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify defects or non-conformities in assembled products, determine the root cause, and work with the assembly team to implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure that all assembly processes and products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that quality control tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
Requirements:
- Must have Quality Control experience in a Manufacturing/Industrial setting
- Must have previous Warehouse experience
- Must have previous experience working with basic hand tools/power tools.
Expected salary: $19 per hour
