The program is designed for recent college graduates and will provide ongoing education and career development opportunities. The Associate Business Analyst will interact with the company’s leaders by driving analysis, projects, and specific tasks relevant to their department.This opportunity is expected to begin late June 2025.Duties/Responsibilities:Create requirements and specifications for business solutionsConduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvementDevelop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goalsEnsure business processes are running in accordance with prescribed methodologiesConsult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factorsCollaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources includingPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersWrite and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specificationsWork cross-functionally to develop solutions that meet business requirementsContinuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiencyRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to start late June 2025 alongside other cohort membersStrong problem-solving and management skillsExcellent communication and analytical skillsBusiness writing experience a plusExperience in project managementWorking knowledge of spreadsheets, relational databases, and basic computer scienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google SuiteData visualization and data analysis experience not required, but preferredExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and ConfluenceEligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorshipEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree in any business-related major, preferably finance or economics, or a related degree with business experienceMinimum requirement of a 2.5 cumulative GPAWork Environment:This opportunity operates in an office environment 3 days a week in Austin, TXThis opportunity operates in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWe’d love to hear about:Exceptional problem-solving skills with high attention to detailCuriosity to learn and a drive to improveAbility to thrive in collaborative environmentsEffective communication skillsDemonstrated leadership abilityInterest in financial markets and fintech#operations #entry-level #full-time #LI-DNI​Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
