Job description: Role: MDM product AnalystLocation: Austin TXDuration: 6+ MonthsAnalytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues, including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommend solutions System knowledge: SAP, AgileWorking knowledge of Excel and TableauSystem configuration management, translating BOM setup into system readiness, comparing systemsChange Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validationsInterpersonal and verbal/written communicationAbility to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDescription– Supports NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness. Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage ticketsSeamlessly support multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities across NPI, sustain programs and projects, and pivot between LOBS.– Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis, processing submissions to minimize processing time, data accuracy, and data integrity between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput and SLA– Communicate project status– Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity.
