By optimizing the customer journey from engagement to retention, we drive consistent growth and long-term revenue success.Hiring preferably in the Austin metro area, but the role may be remote beyond Austin.What We’re Looking ForMOD is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead who will lead with a point-of-view and sit at the center of the strategic workflow daily.The Sales Enablement Manager will work collaboratively and effectively with our creative and account management teams and the client’s sales and marketing teams to ensure that they use the most effective materials for every customer. This will involve both building new sales materials and adapting existing templates, as well as partnering with our clients throughout the sales cycle to strategize & identify potential gaps in content & storytelling.They will become experts on the client’s business, customers, products, and services.If you are a salesperson interested in working for us, please apply for available sales roles only. We can consider evolving you into a role on the Enablement team in the future!Responsibilities:Advise sales leaders on how to undergo a digital transformation to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, lower costs, and enhance the customer experienceCreate go-to-market, sales-led strategies for hardware technology and SaaS businessesServe as liaison between the client’s global sales and marketing teams to facilitate the successful implementation of new selling strategiesCommunicate enablement content strategy and critical metrics to internal and client stakeholders in collaboration with the account management teamDirect the research, strategy, design, and implementation of new go-to-market approaches aligned to marketing and sales transformationMap sales content to buyer journeys and identify and solve gapsPartner with internal agency and client stakeholders within Sales, Marketing, and other business units to analyze, translate, support, troubleshoot, and optimize multiple initiatives through strategic analysisPerform sales and marketing engagement analysis, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends to identify optimizations within the journeys, also identifying root causes of successes and failures of deployed campaignsQualifications:B2B Sales: 8+ years of sales enablement experience (Required)Experience selling SaaS, Hardware, and data-driven technologyYou must have Sales Enablement experience and a proven framework that you can show during the interviewing processExpertise in sales collateral creation and understanding of how they translate to achieving business targets and sales goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and organizational skillsAbility to focus, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyUp to 20% of travel may be required by clients and business development needsType: Contract
