As a hospital deeply rooted in the local community, you will experience the best of both worlds: a genuine local feel with the benefits of Thrive’s national resources.About YouRole Responsibilities:Our Veterinary Technician Assistants are responsible for assisting with basic patient husbandry, patient handling, assisting in record keeping, performing patient laboratory tests, and ensuring the hospital is kept clean, stocked and prepared. This position may entail working swing shifts and/or overnights.Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has knowledge of basic veterinary practices
• Able to appropriately handle animals
• Able to assist in veterinary medical procedures
• Recent experience in a veterinary practice
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
