- Act as a buffer for the principals and communicate on their behalf for household tasks
- Help plan and execute large gatherings, parties, dinner etc.
- Have a deep understanding of how the household works and what needs to be done on a daily basis to keep things running smoothly
- Manage an ever-changing calendar and remain calm, cool and collected if/when priorities shift
- Plan and execute travel arrangements for vacations and business trips, and travel with Principal as needed.
- Project manage estate renovations and construction projects
