The position requires extensive interaction and strong liaison activities with internal management teams as well as externally with customers and regulatory agenciesWhat a typical day looks like:Surveys and evaluates future and current vendorsPrepares and implements QA Policies and ProceduresReviews discrepancy reports and implements corrective actionsReports progress to customers as required. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their businessneeds are met or exceededConducts presentations to staff as requiredEstablishes QA aims and creates plan of actionDiscuss with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies,operating procedures and goalsEvaluates content of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with topmanagement in formulating fiscal budget for product assurance programConfers with engineering about quality assurance of new products designed and manufacturedThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training8+ years of management experienceExperience in medical manufacturing requiredMust have knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulationsDemonstrated skills in project management and ability to train others to conduct projectsMaster’s or MBA degree is preferredWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical benefits, dental, visionLife InsuranceMatching 401KPTOTuition ReimbursementEmployee discounts at local retailersHL45Job Category QualityIs Sponsorship Available?
