Key Responsibilities:
🏢 Multi-location Oversight:
Oversee operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor the success of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
📋 Policy Implementation:
Ensure company policies are followed consistently and work to improve office operations.
📈 Training & Development:
Identify training needs and create growth opportunities for staff development.
💸 Financial Management & Auditing:
Oversee patient accounts, including auditing payments and ensuring accurate financial records.
Collect payments from patients and manage billing processes.
Ensure revenue growth by selling care plans, packages, and additional services.
📅 Therapist Scheduling:
Manage the schedules of therapists and support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
💬 Customer Relations:
Address patient concerns and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
👩💼 Human Resources:
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee terminations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
🧠 Problem Solving:
Think creatively to address office challenges and implement effective solutions.
📆 Staff Management:
Oversee employee schedules, hours, and communication for smooth daily operations.
✨ High Work Ethic & Standards:
Lead by example with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach to maintaining office efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or office management is preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities and a patient-first attitude.
Financial management and auditing experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overseeing multiple locations.
